If a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly, or paid for a service that LiveCrickBD could not activate, contact support with the payment reference and account details so the issue can be reviewed.
Where a plan has already been activated and used for scoring, tournament management or broadcast output, fees may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or specifically stated in the plan or offer.
Approved refunds are returned through an available method supported by the relevant payment provider. Processing times can vary by provider.
